ProMedia Group is one of Europe’s fastest-growing B2B media publishers, active in logistics, mobility and maritime. With more than 20 acquisitions behind us, we’re now entering a new phase: consolidation, harmonisation, and preparation for international scale.
To support this transformation, we’re hiring a Product Owner to streamline our internal processes. Your work will increase efficiency, reduce costs, clarify ways of working, and prepare the organisation for growth from 150 to 500 colleagues. Important: the work must be performed on-site at our Poland office.
As Product Owner, you lead the optimisation and unification of business-critical processes across all our departments.
You work with systems such as Salesforce, Exact Online, Moss/Blue10, WoodWing and various internal tools.
You design end-to-end workflows, improve integrations, and ensure our business support ecosystem is ready for the next stage of international growth.
You report directly to the Operations Director and collaborate closely with the CEO, CFO, HR, and operational teams.
