Functieomschrijving
Als Financieel Medewerker zorg jij ervoor dat onze financiële administratie op orde is én overzichtelijk blijft. Jij houdt je dagelijks bezig met:
Crediteuren- en debiteurenbeheer
Het verwerken van betalingen
Ondersteunende werkzaamheden in de maandsluiting
Omdat ProMedia regelmatig bedrijven overneemt, werk je ook mee aan de integratie van nieuwe administraties. Samen met het Finance-team zorg je ervoor dat dit proces soepel verloopt.
Je bent een echte spin in het web: je schakelt met collega’s van alle afdelingen binnen ProMedia, maar ook met leveranciers en klanten. Je hebt een proactieve, constructieve houding en je bent continu op zoek naar manieren om financiële processen te verbeteren.
Waar kom je te werken?
Je maakt deel uit van onze Business Support Unit. Janny Mallee is Hoofd Finance en jouw directe leidinggevende. Het team bestaat uit vijf collega’s en onze CFO is Sander Goossen. Samen vormen jullie een hecht en gezellig team, waar hard gewerkt wordt én gelachen.
Functie-eisen
Jij bent gedreven en vasthoudend. Sterk in communicatie, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Daarnaast:
Heb je een mbo- of hbo-opleiding in een financiële richting
Heb je minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring
Is ervaring met Exact Online een pre
Beheers je de Nederlandse én Engelse taal voldoende
Of je nu fulltime of parttime wilt werken, we staan open om beide opties te bespreken.
