Proliance Surgeons Puget Sound Orthopaedics

 

Proliance Surgeons is seeking a fellowship-trained spine surgeon to join Proliance Puget Sound Orthopaedics, a thriving and well-established practice in the South Puget Sound region. Our team includes 14 board-certified and fellowship-trained orthopedic physicians who provide comprehensive musculoskeletal care across three locations.

Our clinics are located in Gig Harbor, Tacoma, and Lakewood – each offering a unique blend of professional opportunity and quality of life. Gig Harbor, a picturesque waterfront community, is known for its small-town charm, scenic views of Mount Rainier, and easy access to boating, hiking, and local dining. Tacoma and Lakewood are minutes from University Place, where you’ll find a vibrant arts scene, beautiful parks, and a welcoming community. Proliance Puget Sound Orthopaedics is part of Proliance Surgeons, one of the largest independent, physician-owned orthopedic organizations in Washington State. Our practice provides integrated orthopedic care that includes:

  • Three full-service clinics in Gig Harbor, Tacoma, and Lakewood
  • A state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center performing high volumes of outpatient procedures
  • On-site imaging (MRI) and digital X-ray services
  • Dedicated physician assistants supporting clinic and surgical operations
  • An experienced administrative team that ensures smooth coordination of referrals, authorizations, and surgical scheduling.
