Why Join Proliance Surgeons:

MANAGING COMPLEX CARE NEEDS

Patients come to us when they need specific care, such as orthopedics, ENT, general surgery, ophthalmology, and more. We’re a group of specialists and surgeons with advanced knowledge in our areas of medicine, treating complex care needs for our patients. And if surgery becomes necessary for you, we have performed more than 68,000 surgeries and procedures a year.

PROUDLY INDEPENDENT

We’re a team of independent, small business owners. Every center has its own name because we each manage our care center and our patients’ care in the way we feel is best, not based on the rules of a large health system. While we are all independent, we are united in our dedication to providing exceptional outcomes,

personally delivered.

REFERRING PHYSICIANS

We are the trusted choice for physicians seeking comprehensive surgical care for their patients and their families. We have earned the reputation of being the “physician’s physician” by consistently delivering exceptional surgical services and fostering strong collaborative partnerships with referring providers

Proliance Surgeons distinguishes itself with its physician-led approach, reflected in our compensation structure tailored by the surgeons we serve. Surgeons who have achieved board certification are eligible to become shareholders, with existing board-certified members qualifying for shareholder status after one year.

As shareholders, surgeons assume ownership, empowering them to shape the company’s direction and governance. They actively engage in committees and aspire to board membership, influencing decision -making at the highest levels. Additionally, physicians have ownership in our Care Center’s Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC) and ancillary services, allowing participation in specialized compensation models. Each Care Center operates independently, crafting compensation plans aligned with its unique philosophy and objectives.
