<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Salesforce Developer</strong> with deep expertise in <strong>Salesforce CPQ</strong>, <strong>Quote Calculator Plugin (QCP)</strong>, and <strong>Apex development</strong>, along with exposure to AI‑driven capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role is responsible for both building new functionality and optimizing existing code to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability. You will work closely with the Salesforce team and Business Systems team to deliver robust, high‑quality solutions.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Design, enhance, and maintain QCP (Quote Calculator Plugin) logic and structures.</li>
<li>Analyze existing Apex and QCP code, identify inefficiencies, and refactor to align with Salesforce best practices.</li>
<li>Develop customized Salesforce solutions using <strong>Apex</strong>, <strong>Visualforce</strong>, <strong>Lightning Web Components</strong>, and other platform tools.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex CPQ issues related to calculations, performance, and data integrity.</li>
<li>Ensure high code quality through peer reviews, testing, documentation, and adherence to development standards.</li>
<li>Support release cycles, deployments, and post‑production issue resolution.</li>
<li>Continuously evaluate new Salesforce features—including AI, automation, and platform enhancements—for potential implementation.</li>
<li>Utilize Salesforce AI capabilities (Einstein, predictive insights, recommendations) to improve quoting, pricing, and sales workflows.</li>
<li>Integrate Salesforce with third‑party systems and external applications to streamline business processes.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Salesforce Platform Developer I / II </strong></li>
<li><strong>3+ years</strong> of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.</li>
<li><strong>2+ years</strong> working with <strong>Salesforce CPQ</strong>.</li>
<li>Strong expertise in <strong>QCP development</strong>, debugging, and optimization.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience reviewing, analyzing, and refactoring <strong>Apex</strong> and <strong>JavaScript</strong> code.</li>
<li>Proficiency in <strong>Apex, JavaScript, SOQL,</strong> and <strong>Salesforce APIs</strong>.</li>
<li>Experience with <strong>Flows</strong>, automation tools, and validation frameworks.</li>
<li>Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems such as <strong>NetSuite</strong>.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of CPQ pricing methods and the <strong>quote‑to‑cash</strong> lifecycle.</li>
<li>Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.</li>
</ul>

<li>Experience with <strong>Lightning Web Components (LWC)</strong> and <strong>Aura</strong>.</li>
<li>Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems such as <strong>NetSuite</strong>.</li>
<li>Experience working in <strong>Agile/Scrum</strong> development environments.</li>
</ul>
