<p><strong>Role:</strong> TOM/Operating Model consultant - Contract Role with Reinsurance Client (Travel to Paris)</p>
<p><strong>Seniority:</strong> Manager - Principal grade consultant</p>
<p><strong>Day rate:</strong> TBC but will be Outside IR35</p>
<p><strong>Project durations:</strong> 3-6 months, starting in February</p>
<p><strong>Location:</strong> Hybrid, 2-3 days per week in Paris, the remainder worked remotely</p>
<p>We’re supporting a consultancy that specialises in business and digital transformation, known for fostering strong relationships while designing and delivering large-scale, complex transformations worldwide.</p>
<p>This role focuses on strengthening operating models and governance for a Paris-based Reinsurance company, with particular emphasis on risk, controls, and performance monitoring. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to assess and improve organisational structures, processes, and oversight to support scalable, compliant delivery.</p>
