<p><strong>Role:</strong> Senior Recruitment Consultant (contract/freelance/interim recruiting)</p>
<p><strong>Experience level:</strong> 2 - 5 years; Consultant - Senior Consultant</p>
<p><strong>Earnings:</strong> £55K - £70K+ and Equity options*</p>
<p><strong>Location:</strong> Remote-first working, with up to two days per month in our London office</p>

We’re hiring for a commercially minded recruitment professional with proven contract recruitment experience to support our growth.</p>
<p>This is a true 360 role, combining business development, client engagement, and hands-on delivery—with a focus on placing contractors into some of the UK's leading clients. With consistent quarter over quarter double digit growth for the past 18 months - we're seeing high demand for our market offering. We want to maintain our high-quality delivery while continuing to expand our client base.</p>

<h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2>
<ul>
<li>Win and grow new client accounts using our structured BD playbook—plus your own commercial creativity—to build a healthy pipeline and close longer-cycle opportunities</li>
<li>Offer strategic guidence to clients: translate client needs into clear, compelling role profiles across management consultancies and direct client environments</li>
<li>Own the full contract recruitment lifecycle (Inside & Outside IR35)—from sourcing and outreach through candidate management, client partnering, offer/contracting, and post-placement care</li>
<li>Help us scale! By collaborating across the team, improving processes, and taking real ownership for outcomes and delivery quality</li>
</ul>
<h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2>
<p>We're looking for true entreprenurial A-players who can help with our growth and thrive in a fast-growing company.</p>
<p>Strong business development ability/potential:</p>
<ul>
<li>Ability to work through structured approaches to win new clients</li>
<li>Some experience using HubSpot and other systems in line with best practice</li>
<li>Experienced LinkedIn user</li>
<li>Experience working with longer sales cycles and SaaS environments</li>
<li>Has an existing starting network (nice to have)</li>
</ul>
<p>Knowledge of the Management Consulting sector:</p>
<ul>
<li>Understands core competencies, sectors, and typical gradings, and can translate client requirements into role profiles</li>
<li>Comfortable working with both consultancies and direct clients</li>
</ul>
<p>Knowledge of contract recruitment:</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience delivering contract recruitment, including a baseline understanding of contract terms, IR35, day-rate processes, and contractor company setup</li>
<li>Happy to be hands-on and do what is required to find solutions for clients</li>
</ul>
<p>Track record:</p>
<ul>
<li>Able to demonstrate results in this space and quantify performance with numbers</li>
<li>Can show consistency in at least one role - i.e. not switched roles too much</li>
</ul>
<p>Soft skills / motivations:</p>
<ul>
<li>Interested in growing a business</li>
<li>Team player</li>
<li>Demonstrates strong agency and proactivity, while also being open to guidance on internal processes and suggesting improvements</li>
<li>Intellectually curious</li>
