We are now looking for an Experienced Project Manager for one of our clients.

ABOUT THE CUSTOMER
Our client is a global leader in the energy and power‑technology sector, specializing in advanced electrical components used in transmission and distribution networks. Their operations span multiple countries, and the team you will join is responsible for sales and business development of high‑voltage components produced at two manufacturing sites—one in Sweden and one in Switzerland.
Recent organizational changes, including the merger of the Swedish and Swiss sales organizations and the implementation of a new ERP system, have created a strong need for structured continuous‑improvement initiatives. You will be part of a forward‑leaning environment working internationally with colleagues focused on business development, process improvements, market analysis, communication, and training.

 ABOUT THE ASSIGMENT
We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist / Project Manager to support ongoing development within the client’s Components business. You will drive a range of improvement projects, many of them related to IT systems, sales processes, and operational efficiency.

Your responsibilities may include:
- Managing and configuring CRM solutions (such as Salesforce)
- Developing sales dashboards, reports, and analytical tools
- Ensuring consistent and scalable sales processes across both factories
- Leading continuous‑improvement projects connected to the new ERP (SAP) implementation
- Gathering business requirements, running workshops, and converting feedback into solutions
- Coaching and training users to improve adoption of tools and processes
- Collaborating cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and local site teams

The assignment is based in Ludvika, with an expected minimum 80% on‑site presence. Occasional travel to the factory in Switzerland may be required. The duration of the assignment is initially set to 6 months but is likely to be extended.

ABOUT YOU
You are an analytical and structured professional with a strong interest in improving business operations through data, technology, and well‑designed processes. You thrive in international environments and enjoy leading initiatives that bring clarity and efficiency to complex organizations.

To succeed in this role, you likely have:
- Experience working with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights
- A background in project management, preferably in a multinational setting
- Experience working with or close to IT‑driven change, process development, or continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to train and support stakeholders at different levels
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); Swedish is a strong advantage

You are proactive, self‑driven, and comfortable working independently while maintaining strong collaboration with cross‑functional teams across countries.
