A decisive problem-solver and “get it done” person who excels at building relationships and connecting with people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Time Management: Handle multiple time requests, using strong judgment to prioritize.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

About You:
  • Education & Experience: BA/BS or equivalent experience with 4+ years as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with expertise in calendar management. Proficiency in G Suite, Slack, Notion, Zoom, and Navan is required (or the ability to quickly learn these tools).
  • Attributes: A proactive, creative problem-solver who can anticipate needs and work independently with minimal supervision. Strong self-starter who maintains high confidentiality. Ability to adapt to ambiguity and flexibility to work outside normal business hours when necessary.
  • Nice to have: You have a knack for project management, or you’re eager to build that skillset further!

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to make a significant impact by directly supporting our CRO & CFO in driving the success of our company. If you’re passionate about leadership support and ready to contribute to a thriving culture, we’d love to hear from you!
