✅ MISSION : Accompagner 6/8 clients de l’agence : PME nationales et grands comptes de la phase de cadrage stratégique au suivi de la performance SEO.
✅ RÉSULTATS attendus :
🚀 Onboarder les attentes de chaque client : comprendre / challenger / qualifier le besoin.
🚀 Réaliser des audits SEO complets (technique, sémantique/éditorial, netlinking) et en formaliser les recommandations actionnables.
🚀 Analyser les données techniques avancées (crawls, logs serveurs, performances d’indexation) afin d’identifier les freins SEO / les actions correctives.
🚀 Piloter les plans d’actions SEO : priorisation, suivi des implémentations, respect des plannings et coordination avec les équipes internes ou partenaires (dev, contenu, produit).
🚀 En fil rouge dès la prise de brief : nouer une relation client unique au fil du temps. Animer, challenger, éduquer (pédagogie) pour développer la confiance : bref embarquer le client !
Outils : GA4 , Matomo, Looker Studio, On Crawl, Screaming Frog, Sem Rush, Your Text Guru, N8N, Make.
Structuré(e), rigoureux(se) et orienté(e) résultats, tu apprécies le rythme agence et sais gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle. Tu rejoins une agence SEO (SEA) premium : tout diagnostic client est approfondi, avec une attention précise à l’univers concurrentiel : bref une préconisation client sur-mesure. À l’aise à l’oral comme à l’écrit, tu sais adapter ton discours au niveau de maturité SEO du client. Tu comprends les interactions SEO / SEA. Curieux(se) et proactif(ve), tu suis les évolutions SEO (IA, search génératif, automatisation) et cherches à monter en expertise. Ton N+1, Dir. des Opérations, est un expert SEO mais aussi un coach qui aime voire ses Consultants progresser, il te formera pour améliorer ton pilotage projet/ account management.
