Strategic Imperative:
The Sample Solutions Lead is critical to ensuring complex, high-risk market research projects are delivered with precision, speed, and confidence—protecting client trust while enabling repeatable, scalable execution for the business. This role owns end-to-end delivery across the full project lifecycle, translating challenging methodologies (e.g., IHUTs, advanced targeting, geofencing, receipt capture, multi-market studies) into high-quality outcomes that meet timelines, budgets, and client expectations. As a technical and operational leader, the position strengthens the broader Sample Solutions function by mentoring project teams, improving delivery processes, and providing expert problem-solving support across project types. Through proactive client communication and relationship management, the role helps retain and grow accounts by guiding stakeholders through risks, trade offs, and scope changes with professionalism and clarity. This position also safeguards revenue integrity by forecasting accurately, ensuring timely invoicing, and tracking key project performance metrics. Success in the role directly shows up in stronger client satisfaction, reduced delivery risk, improved operational consistency, and higher team capability.

Detailed Job Duties: (typical monthly, weekly, daily tasks which support the primary objectives)
End-to-End Project Management of high complexity projects
Responsible for managing market research projects of high complexity (e.g., IHUTs, advanced targeting, geofencing, receipt capture, multi-market studies, innovative methodologies)
Execute projects through all phases:
Leading Kick-Off Calls with Clients
Developing sample & quota designs
Survey/Screener Testing
Sampling/fieldwork delivery
Quality Assurance
Fieldwork launch and data checks
Fieldwork monitoring
Fieldwork close
Reconciliations/Respondent honorarium
Invoicing
Project debriefs
Handle complex project types (e.g., IHUTs, geofencing, receipt capture) with deep understanding of panel behavior.
Leverage their deep understanding of Client Services and project delivery and work closely with their manager to refine existing processes
Guides Project Managers and Senior Project Managers informally or formally, coach underperformers
Provides technical guidance to other members of the team wherever possible
Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact for assigned projects
Build strong, professional, collaborative relationships with clients.
Provide regular updates, address concerns, and offer guidance throughout the project.
Support both new and existing account relationships to encourage retention and repeat business.
Maintain high-quality standards across all deliverables.
Ensure project delivery is on time and within budget.
Exemplify flexibility and calm under pressure; manage conflicting priorities and scope changes effectively.
Revenue & Financial Management
Provide consistent, accurate revenue forecasting.
Ensure timely invoicing for all assigned projects.
Track and report project metrics: value, field times, incidence, completion rates.
Proactively identify and address project risks and scope changes timely.
Escalate concerns as needed and communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients.
Vendor & Partner Coordination
Coordinate and manage third-party vendors and outsourcing partners to meet client needs.
Product & Process Knowledge
Develop a strong understanding of the company’s product portfolio.
Use knowledge to support service delivery and problem-solving

The MUST Haves: (ex: job cannot be done without these skills, education, experience, certifications, licenses)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Seven or more (7+) years of relevant project management experience, ideally within the market research field
Understanding of market research and primary research methodologies
Experience in customer service or client service-type roles is strongly preferred
The candidate must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
The candidate must be self-motivated with exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
The candidate must have the ability to manage multiple qualitative & quantitative projects accurately and on-time in a fast-paced environment where moving deadlines and other changes often occur in real time.
The candidate must have well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of project management tools and concepts and can be a quick learner of new technologies/software
The candidate must have the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet study-specific and departmental objectives
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite products

Experience in working in a 24x7 environment requiring weekend and after hours coverage
MBA in Marketing or related fields
