About this role

Empresa familiar de gestión patrimonial, requiere incorporar un/a Assistant/ Administrativa, para sus oficinas ubicadas en l’Hospitalet de Llobregat.

La persona incorporada deberá realizar funciones de Assistant y administrativas para la Propiedad, tanto en temas inmobiliarios como en otro tipo de temas personales y profesionales.

Coordinar agenda y reuniones.

Organizar y preparar documentación cuando la situación lo requiera.

Recibir y dar respuesta a las consultas telefónicas y electrónicas, etc. efectuadas a la Propiedad para asegurar una correcta atención de estas.

Organizar y preparar recogidas en los diferentes medios de transporte (aeropuerto, AVE…).

Redactar y elaborar documentación en diferentes formatos para responder a las necesidades de la Propiedad u otros departamentos que se le indique.

Perfil:

Estudios de secretaria de Dirección o grado superior como administrativa o similar.

Deberá aportar experiencia mínima de 5 años como Assistant de Dirección o facility manager.

Nivel avanzado de ofimática.

Imprescindible carnet de conducir.
