The Sales Operations Specialist - Commercial Operations & Solutions (French & English) plays a key role in supporting the sales organization by optimizing processes, ensuring accurate data management, and enabling sales teams to perform efficiently. This position acts as a bridge between sales, finance, and other internal teams, with a strong focus on multilingual support for French- and English-speaking markets.
Job Qualifications
Advanced level English. C1-C2 (Proficient User).
Advanced level French. B2+, C1 (Proficient User).
Advanced Excel skill. Able to manage complex reports, pivot tables, formulas.
Advanced knowledge of data retrieval and manipulation processes, e.g. Knime & Power-BI (Nice to have).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective internal and external interactions.
