This role belongs to the 'Site Quality Assurance' job family. As a Quality Assurance Systems Manager at Band 1 level, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality control systems designed to ensure continuous production of advanced composite materials and applications.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and assist in executing strategies in the team/organization.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.
  • Focus on specific tasks or segments within a brand, channel, line, category, or team/organization with clearly defined and narrow objectives.
  • Collaborate and network effectively within the immediate team or work domain as required to maximize job impact and personal learning.
  • Work under direct supervision, follow well-defined precedents and policies.

Hard Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance terminologies, methods, and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and understand connections, trends, and implications related to quality assurance programs.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards that affect our products and manufacturing processes.

Soft Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead quality assurance initiatives to improve production processes.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

  • Proficiency in using software tools for quality management, data analysis, and reporting.

  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization
