This role belongs to the 'Site Quality Assurance' job family. As a Quality Assurance Systems Manager at Band 1 level, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality control systems designed to ensure continuous production of advanced composite materials and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and assist in executing strategies in the team/organization.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.
- Focus on specific tasks or segments within a brand, channel, line, category, or team/organization with clearly defined and narrow objectives.
- Collaborate and network effectively within the immediate team or work domain as required to maximize job impact and personal learning.
- Work under direct supervision, follow well-defined precedents and policies.

Hard Skills:
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance terminologies, methods, and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and understand connections, trends, and implications related to quality assurance programs.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards that affect our products and manufacturing processes.
Soft Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to lead quality assurance initiatives to improve production processes.
Nice to Have Skills:
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Proficiency in using software tools for quality management, data analysis, and reporting.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization
