P&G is looking for candidates who strive to get practical Finance experience in a multinational company environment. They would work on real business projects with a highly professional team of P&G managers providing mentoring support to optimally complete their project.
Finance & Accounting Manager in Novomoskovsk plant of Procter & Gamble plays a key role in supporting the financial operations of the manufacturing site. He will be responsible for conducting day-to-day financial analyses, managing fixed assets, and ensuring accurate accounting practices. So expertise in financial analysis and attention to detail will contribute to effective site governance, stewardship, and budget management.

To give a sense of a Plant F&A role, here are some typical responsibilities you might have:
Conduct day-to-day financial analysis to support decision-making, collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on financial objectives
Lead cost & investment analysis, i.e. tackle real life case studies every day at plant (capital projects on efficiency, material sourcing and other cost optimization)
Strategic cost management, internal and external benchmark, targets setting and different tools of loss analysis and process optimization
Cost forecasting, budgeting for our business units, budget control and compliance
Delivering external financial information and leading the company effort on Statutory Compliance and Corporate Governance/Stewardship.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Monthly salary starting from 200 000 RUB gross
Annual bonus
Relocation and housing support (22 000 RUB net/month) in case of relocation to Novomoskovsk >50 km from the place of permanent residence

Job Qualifications
Higher education, preferably with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or Commerce
Readiness for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week) & relocation to Novomoskovsk, Tula region
At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)
Strong passion for business finance, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in working with multifunctional teams
