Responsable de dirigir un equipo de individuos que son responsables de entregar materiales o de retirar materiales de las áreas operativas de fabricación, embalaje y customización . Responsable de entregar y retirar el producto terminado de un área de empaque a un almacén. Responsable de mantener un inventario preciso de productos terminados en un almacén. Recibe los pedidos necesarios para cargar el producto en un camión para el envío al cliente o al centro de distribución. Responsable de mover el material a un área de fabricación para su posterior paletización o customización. Selecciona manualmente cajas individuales o cajas de producto terminado. Responsable de la Producción, Seguridad, Calidad, Entrega y controles internos de los equipos que laboran en el área de su responsabilidad. Actúa como Dueño del Sistema o Dueño del Equipo para el área en la que opera. Comprende la tecnología en su área y puede liderar la resolución de problemas según sea necesario. Ordena y programa contenedores de envío internacional y entregas de vagones de ferrocarril desde y hacia la planta.
Job Qualifications
-Bachillerato general / técnico culminado o Carrera a Nivel Superior trunca, a fin a manufactura.
-Tener certificado de Estudios: Bachillerato o Carrera Técnica.
No Licenciaturas, Ingenierías, ni Maestrías / Postgrados
-Disponibilidad para rolar turnos
-18 años en adelante

What you'll do
- The operator is responsible for directing a team to deliver and remove materials from manufacturing and packaging areas, as well as maintaining accurate inventory of finished products. They also handle the loading of products for shipment and ensure compliance with production, safety, and quality standards.
