What we're looking for?We are seeking a Founding Recruiter with 3-5 years of experience, ideally from a high-growth, talent-dense startup (like Ramp or Harvey) or a top-tier boutique agency. You should be an outbound sourcing machine, comfortable owning the top of the funnel, and have a proven track record of identifying and attracting exceptional talent. Bonus points if you have experience scaling teams in a zero-to-one environment.What you'll do:Own end-to-end recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles, with an initial focus on Sales and Post-Sales.Take ownership of building a robust top-of-funnel pipeline through outbound sourcing, talent mapping, and networking.Work closely with the founders to define what exceptional talent looks like and calibrate on candidate profiles.Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract the top .01% of candidates.Drive the candidate experience from first touch through to close, ensuring a high-touch and positive process.Maintain impeccable data hygiene in our ATS (Ashby) to track pipeline and performance metrics.
