About the Role:
The Marketing Manager will lead go-to-market planning and execution for a portfolio of Priority’s high-growth businesses, including Priority Commerce Sports and select Priority Tech Ventures initiatives.
This is a green-field opportunity to shape brand positioning, drive lead generation, and develop integrated marketing programs across distinct vertical markets, from fan experiences and
franchise operations to healthcare benefits and real estate tech. This role is ideal for a versatile, hands-on marketer who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and understands how to activate vertically tailored campaigns that create enterprise opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for Priority Sports and Entertainment, and select Priority Tech Ventures portfolio products aligned to business goals and revenue targets.
Build differentiated messaging and positioning for each solution, tailored to buyer personas and vertical use cases (e.g., sports franchises, venue operators, HR benefits managers, property managers).
Campaign Development
Create and launch demand generation programs across digital, paid media, events, and email to drive MQLs for assigned business lines.
Own content strategy for each vertical, including case studies, solution briefs, landing pages, and social media content.
Launch and manage ABM campaigns with appropriate lead nurturing.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with business unit leaders, product marketing, and sales to align marketing strategy with sales enablement and GTM goals.
Coordinate with external agencies or internal creative teams on campaign production, performance analytics, and optimization.
Brand, Partnerships & Channel Oversight
Support the execution and activation of marketing partnerships with professional and collegiate sports teams, including co-branded campaigns, in-venue promotions, and partner-specific creative.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints while flexing voice and visuals appropriately for each market.
Manage digital presence (web pages, SEO/PPC, organic social, and LinkedIn advertising) for all assigned products and business units.
Measurement & Reporting
Define KPIs and dashboards to measure marketing effectiveness across channels and campaigns.
Track marketing project timelines, budget utilization, and campaign ROI using CRM and marketing automation tools.
What Success Looks Like:
Success for a Marketing Manager is consistently driving measurable business results through strong execution, collaboration, and optimization—while building scalable programs that support growth.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
5–7 years of enterprise B2B marketing experience, ideally in technology, fintech, healthtech, or vertical SaaS.
Proven success building and executing full-funnel marketing programs for diverse product lines or business units.
Experience marketing in industry-specific verticals (e.g., sports/entertainment, healthcare, real estate) a strong plus.
Ability to balance strategic planning with execution.
Preferred Requirements:
Agency experience desired but not required.
Sports experience or in-depth knowledge of major league / collegiate sports is also a plus.
Strong content creation and storytelling skills tailored to different audience segments.
Flexible team player with strong collaboration and project management capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation range: $100,700 - $133,000
