ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for candidates who can;
- Develop and draft document solutions that meet internal and external client needs.
- Serve as a resource in identifying, interpreting and communicating complex legislative, regulatory and compliance issues that affect retirement documents.
- Provide analysis and guidance of retirement document interpretation issues and retirement document design questions.
- Must have excellent communication , language, problem solving, organizational and time management skills.
- Must have in depth knowledge of document provisions.
A few activities the candidate would do are as follows:
- Produce accurate and timely complex retirements documents in accordance with applicable laws and regulations to meet business partner expectations.
- Communicate with plan sponsors, consultants, tax/legal advisors or regulators as needed.
- Provide technical assistance to team members, internal and external clients for complex document production and plan review questions.
- Provide input regarding procedures and document development. This may involve working through corrective options, responding to regulator inquiries etc.
- Identify, analyze and resolve escalated documents issues of sensitive nature.
- Serve as a valuable resource for department members, internal business partners and external clients by providing accurate and timely responses to document related issues.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, interpersonal, basic math, organizational, reading comprehension, interpretation, negotiation, innovation, analytical and problem solving.
- Requires in-depth knowledge of plan and contract documents, manuals, procedures and company products and services.
- Must possess an in-depth understanding of accounting and recordkeeping systems and PC applications.
- Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Ability to work/communicate effectively with business partners/management.
Additional Information- Working knowledge of plan design principles & concepts is essential to understanding/implementing plan design change requirements.
