ResponsibilitiesRoles and Responcibilities :
- Reviewing received death notification from vendor, analyzing received information and contacting employers for death certficate
- Collaborating with client facing roles as well as communicating effectively with internal and external clients regarding complex record keeping issues, special timing requests, and routine employee data, while delivering excellent client service.
- Ensuring client needs are met by providing consolidated, timely, and complete reporting. This may include communicating on complex plan administration procedures.
- Recognizing and researching unusual or complex situations and provide timely resolutions to business partners and clients.
- Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of our recordkeeping system, plan, contract, and pension documents.
Qualifications- Bachelors degree and above
Minimum 2-4 years of experience - Preferred experience working with a variety of retirement products, especially Defined Benefit products.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal, basic math, organizational, reading comprehension, interpretation, and negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to balance working independently with working in a team environment to meet customer needs and achieve overall goals.
- Preffered experience in Death , disability and QDRO understanding of defined benefit products
