We are seeking a dynamic Senior Technology leader to lead and drive technology excellence within our organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and deliver high-impact technology solutions dealing with Infrastructure and Platform domains. As a strategic technology leader, you will oversee the Foundational Infrastructure and IT Capacity Planning,  capability strategy, and value-driven execution, ensuring seamless collaboration across US and India teams. With a strong focus on people leadership, you will nurture talent, foster innovation, and optimize resource allocation to drive operational efficiency and business outcomes.      Functional

 

  • Engaging in strategic meetings and interactions, influencing enterprise office leadership and stakeholders for developing key roles and transitioning workload impacting enterprise and maturing capabilities in PGS 
  • Develop and manage departmental budget, objectives, policies, and procedures
  • Model a growth mindset and mentor and coach others
  • Skilled at driving end-to-end delivery – from strategy and roadmap development to execution and adoption - ensuring scalability, performance, and business alignment.
  • Experienced in managing cross-functional teams, navigating complex stakeholder landscapes, and delivering high-impact outcomes within budget and timelines.
  • Build strong relationships with US counterparts to enable seamless collaboration and strategic alignment.
  • Gain deep insights into Technology strategy, ensure proactive engagement and delivery excellence.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and plan sponsor/participant expectations to inform strategic decisions and innovation opportunities.
  • Drive human capital planning by forecasting talent needs, shaping workforce strategy, and aligning skills with future business and technology demands.
  • Implement structured career development plans, succession pipelines, and leadership grooming programs to retain and grow top talent.
  • Foster a high-performance culture that promotes accountability, continuous learning, and employee engagement.
  • Evaluate and optimize technology investments to maximize business value. Drive cost efficiency and operational excellence through effective resource utilization, automation, and streamlined delivery models.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by enhancing processes, increasing agility, and enabling higher productivity across teams.

 

      Technical

 

      Must Have

  • Broad & deep understanding of Datacentre (on-prem & Cloud) landscape  
  • Experience around Infrastructure and Network/Server/Storage technologies 
  • Cloud Infra management (preferably AWS) & hybrid networking
  • Good knowledge on desired network security posture. Any exposure to Zero-trust framework (e.g. Zscaler) will be preferable.
  • Good knowledge on VMware Hypervisor, SAN & NAS storage technologies. 
  • Proven experience towards adaptation of Orchestration framework for Microsoft/ Linux environments. 

      Good to Have

 

       Capacity and Usage Tracking, forecast future financials, Projecting  

  • Software license consumption past, current and projection for growth 
  • Lifecycle Planning - Submitting GEP (or equivalent) 
  • Execute New purchase and/or Lifecycle of storage: Bidding, Buying, Approvals, Transition to Service 
  • Storage Cost analysis - Total Cost, unit cost by type, country, Trends As percentage of service and TCO 

 


Qualifications

Required Years of Experience  : 20+ years of work experience in IT.  Out of which at least 10 yrs. in senior leadership level.

 

Educational qualification : Bachelor or Master of Engineering
