Functional
- Engaging in strategic meetings and interactions, influencing enterprise office leadership and stakeholders for developing key roles and transitioning workload impacting enterprise and maturing capabilities in PGS
- Develop and manage departmental budget, objectives, policies, and procedures

- Skilled at driving end-to-end delivery – from strategy and roadmap development to execution and adoption - ensuring scalability, performance, and business alignment.
- Experienced in managing cross-functional teams, navigating complex stakeholder landscapes, and delivering high-impact outcomes within budget and timelines.
- Build strong relationships with US counterparts to enable seamless collaboration and strategic alignment.

Technical
Must Have
- Broad & deep understanding of Datacentre (on-prem & Cloud) landscape
- Experience around Infrastructure and Network/Server/Storage technologies
- Cloud Infra management (preferably AWS) & hybrid networking
- Good knowledge on desired network security posture. Any exposure to Zero-trust framework (e.g. Zscaler) will be preferable.
- Good knowledge on VMware Hypervisor, SAN & NAS storage technologies.
- Proven experience towards adaptation of Orchestration framework for Microsoft/ Linux environments.
Good to Have

- Software license consumption past, current and projection for growth
- Lifecycle Planning - Submitting GEP (or equivalent)
- Execute New purchase and/or Lifecycle of storage: Bidding, Buying, Approvals, Transition to Service
- Storage Cost analysis - Total Cost, unit cost by type, country, Trends As percentage of service and TCO
QualificationsRequired Years of Experience : 20+ years of work experience in IT. Out of which at least 10 yrs. in senior leadership level.
Educational qualification : Bachelor or Master of Engineering
