About this role

What You'll Do



We’re looking for a Treasury Analyst III to join our Corporate Treasury team. In this role, you’ll use your Treasury knowledge to positively impact the business, as well as participate in special projects collaborating with multiple teams.

  • Partnering with individuals and teams to recommend and implement Treasury solutions.
  • Providing support of daily cash management processes.
  • Analyzing enterprise cash flows, identifying trends and variances, developing and updating cash flow forecasts to support decision-making.Identifying opportunities for process improvement and areas of risk, as well as business gaps within the Treasury operations and cash management functions.
  • Acting as a liaison and technical advisor on Treasury issues, consulting with banks and Treasury service providers and educating internal stakeholders on bank products, services, and systems.
  • Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues related to payments, systems, and other Treasury processes.
  • Participating in and support special projects, enterprise initiatives, and other job-related duties as need.

Who You Are



  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or equivalent experience required.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience required.
  • Must possess strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Must be a very customer-focused individual.
  • Strong interpersonal skills required, with the ability to effectively communicate with all internal and external customers.
  • Consistently demonstrate the ability to identify and resolve complex treasury-related issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate the ability to embrace and understand the change process, and effectively guide others through change.
  • Strong MS Excel skills with experience including macros, pivot tables, creating tables, v lookups, comparing data, etc.

Skills That Will Help You Stand Out

  • Experience with data analytics tools such as SAS or Power BI.
  • Treasury experience in areas of operations and cash management.
  • Kyriba treasury management system knowledge.
  • CTP or other professional designation.

Salary Range Information



Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)



$73150 - $99750 / year

Time Off Program



Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

This role is hiring in Des Moines, IA and offers in-office & hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek) work arrangements.
