About this role

What You'll Do

We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our enterprise Digital Content Management (CMS) platform across two critical business areas. You'll drive product strategy and execution for CMS capabilities that power both our Digital Marketing Ecosystem—enabling marketing teams to create, manage, and optimize content at scale—and our public web experiences—delivering seamless digital interactions for millions of customers. This role offers the opportunity to shape a strategic platform that serves as the foundation for content delivery across the enterprise while working at the intersection of marketing technology, web innovation, and cloud-native architecture.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Own Product Strategy: Collaborate with technical leads to develop and evolve the product vision and strategy. Partner with the technical team to ensure alignment with enterprise web standards and experience goals while driving measurable impact.
  • Drive Discovery & Insights: Use experimentation, analytics, and user research to uncover opportunities and prioritize high-value initiatives.
  • Lead Product Delivery: Ensure successful, value-driven delivery across teams, manage dependencies, and champion agile practices.
  • Measure & Optimize: Track product performance, make data-driven decisions, and continuously evolve the product to meet enterprise needs.
  • Engage & Influence: Partner with leaders across all levels to align on goals, communicate strategy, and share results. Educate and consult with Principal teams on web application development best practices, use cases, and tooling.
  • Mentor & Shape Culture: Support and mentor other product managers, sharing best practices to foster a strong, high-performing product culture.

Operating at the intersection of financial services and technology, Principal builds financial tools that help our customers live better lives. We take pride in being a purpose-led firm, motivated by our mission to make financial security accessible to all.
