Does the thought of taking advantage of an outstanding learning and development opportunity at Principal sound appealing to you? If so, look no further. This learning and development opportunity is geared specifically for current iJAG students and iJAG graduates. It will allow you the ability to get a head start on your career after high school.
Starting your career on the right track is important. That’s why we offer a hands-on robust immersion program prepping you for potential next steps of fulltime opportunities. iJAG participants will attend weekly development workshops onsite at our corporate headquarters in downtown Des Moines, IA.

As a participant in the immersion program, you'll have the opportunity to learn and develop as you begin your career! This position will focus on Principal business sense, building your resume, and refining your interview skills.
This program is an excellent way to help prepare you for your career.
This role will be based out of our Corporate Headquarters located in Des Moines, IA and will require you to work on-site.
This is a 4-week program, running from March 31st to April 23rd. Workshops are being held every Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30pm - 7:00pm CST.
