Job Summary:

As a Client Growth Specialist at Greenspring Medical Aesthetics, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients, playing a critical role in driving revenue growth and ensuring consistent, high-quality lead management. This role combines customer engagement, sales conversion, and clinic support, with a strong focus on improving consultation show rates, close rates, and client retention. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are motivated by results, enjoy client interaction, and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This position is built on the Outgrow philosophy by Alex Goldfayn, emphasizing proactive outreach, positive communication, and accountability for measurable results.

This role is an in-office position working Monday - Friday 9-5pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Client Engagement

  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for new inbound leads and outbound follow-up, ensuring timely responses and personalized client communication.

  •  Proactively reach out to prospective clients via phone, text, and email to nurture interest, schedule consultations, and reduce appointment cancellations/no-shows.

  • Actively educate clients on treatment options, promotions, and membership opportunities, tailoring recommendations to their goals and needs.

  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly outreach activity benchmarks (calls, texts, emails) as set by the Client Growth Manager.

  • Follow a structured, repeatable follow-up cadence to ensure consistency and persistence in lead management.

  • Utilize positive, client-centered communication frameworks that reinforce trust, confidence, and urgency.

Sales Conversion & Revenue Growth

  • Drive higher consultation show and close rates through consistent follow-up and value-based communication.

  • Effectively cross-sell and upsell treatments, packages, and memberships, reinforcing client loyalty and repeat visits.

  • Collaborate with providers and practice managers to align messaging, promotions, and client offers to maximize conversion rates.

  • Maintain an optimistic, encouraging mindset in all client conversations to inspire confidence and enhance outcomes.

Clinic & Team Support

  • Provide support to the assigned home clinic while also serving as backup support for at least one additional clinic within the platform.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM/EMR system, ensuring documentation of preferences, goals, and next steps.

  • Partner with the Client Growth Manager to review weekly performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.

Operational Support & Accountability

  • Monitor and manage clinic scheduling to optimize provider utilization, filling last-minute cancellations or openings with prospective clients.

  • Track and report key performance indicators (show rate, close rate, sales conversion, membership enrollments) on a regular basis.

  • Demonstrate accountability for meeting individual and team goals while maintaining a client-first mindset.

  • Participate in weekly reviews of performance activity to ensure consistency with the Outgrow model.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ year experience in customer service, call center, or sales environment (medspa, beauty, or healthcare field preferred)
  • Experience with outbound calling, appointment setting, or lead follow-up strongly preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
  • Comfortable discussing wellness, skincare, and cosmetic procedures
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with appointment booking software a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college or relevant training is a plus
