Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
Design and implement talent management initiatives, including performance management and career development programs.
Manage employee relations to promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful work environment.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs.
Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness, equity, and compliance.
Manage employee benefits and support negotiations with benefits providers and vendors.
Plan and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and organizational capability.
Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
Develop, update, and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Handle complex HR matters and investigations with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Manage HR data, metrics, and analytics to provide insights and reports for informed decision-making.
Leverage HR technology and systems to improve efficiency and streamline HR processes.
