Our Organization Prime Health Ltd. is a fastest growing NNHP (Natural and Non-prescription Health Product) manufacturing company based in Maple Ridge, BC having presence in North America, Asia, Middle East and Latin American countries. We are passionate in delivering result and customer satisfaction. To boost our growth, we are looking for a “HR Coordinator” with the following job description and requirements:

 

Job Description:

  • Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain physical and electronic records of employees.
  • Serve as point of contact for all employee and administration related matters.
  • Process full recruitment cycle.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
  • Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related 
  • Must communicate in English. Punjabi and Hindi would be an asset.
  • 1 years of experience as an HR coordinator 
  • Having a knowledge of HRIS (ADP Workforce Now) would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of Labor Law and Employment Standards Act.
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Skilled in MS Office and other business and communication tools.
  • Exceptional Organizational and Time Management Skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to Detail Skills.
  • Ability to accurately follow instructions.
