Automotive Shop Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Parts Runner to join our dynamic automotive service team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations within our shop, supporting technicians, and maintaining an organized and efficient work environment. If you are energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced automotive setting, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver parts and supplies to technicians and other team members promptly
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and free of clutter to promote a safe working environment
- Move vehicles within the lot efficiently and safely as needed
- Assist technicians with general duties, including handling tools and equipment
- Maintain organization of the service parking area to ensure easy access and safety
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks regularly
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Prior experience in an automotive or similar environment is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team
