We have an immediate opening for CNC Operator, CNC Mill Operator, and CNC Lathe Operator located in Jefferson.
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (not all inclusive)
- Adjusting equipment during production to ensure product meets specifications.
- Ensure all usable tooling is properly replaced and confirm that proper tooling and inserts are being used per the set-up requirements.
- Must have to ability to hold close machining tolerances.
- Ability to make offsets and adjustments to CNC Mill and Lathes
- Set up, operate, program, and troubleshoot CNC Lathes
- Work from blueprints or sketches
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with CAD/CAM program preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on CNC operation experience
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Knowledge of cutting tools for needs and speeds

What you'll do
- The CNC Machinist will adjust equipment during production to ensure products meet specifications and will set up, operate, program, and troubleshoot CNC Lathes. They will also work from blueprints or sketches and ensure proper tooling is used.
