Summary:

Responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide direct patient care to an assigned group of patients during a shift. Responsible for prioritizing the delivery of direct nursing care using time and resources efficiently integrating a standards-based framework model

Responsibilities:

Presbyterian is seeking a Med Surg. The Registered Nurse safely and independently administers prescribed treatments, medications, and nursing interventions based on assessment and plan of care. Appropriately organizes and prioritizes time based on patient condition and expected workload. Identifies changes in patients' status and acts accordingly. Come and join our RN team. 


Type of Opportunity: Full Time (0.9 FTE/36 hours per week)
Work Schedule: 12 Hour Nights

This position is eligible for the Northern New Mexico differential of $4.00 per hour. (This differential may be adjusted or discontinued based on business requirements.)

Qualifications:

Licensure: State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License or Graduate Nurse Permit required Academic Preparation: *Degree from accredited academic nursing program (If a program is under conditional status, approval may be granted by system CNO) *Minimum ADN preparation with expectation of BSN completion within 5 years of hire
