Build your Career. Make a Difference. Presbyterian is hiring a skilled RN Clinical Practice Specialist. The Clinical Practice Specialist will act as a liaison between the manager and/or director. Provide operational support for the department and/or clinic.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of policy and procedure in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Provide support for regulatory readiness tracers and surveys.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of Evidence-Based Care initiatives.
  • Participate in quality and process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with clinical operations to support development of clinical workflow processes, identify gaps and coordinate solutions.
  • Collaborate with educational resources for development and implementation of clinical training.
  • Partner with clinical and operational departments to remove barriers to change and serve as a liaison to users, IT professionals, and leaders.
  • Attain cross-functional knowledge of the clinical information systems and key workflows in order to provide support and guidance to clinicians, IT professionals and leaders.
  • Performs other functions as required.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in nursing (ADN) required.
  • Three to five years' experience required.
  • Two years' experience in an Ambulatory Care setting required. 
  • Knowledge of epic informatics, notable and analytics experience preferred
