Varied Days and Hours (United States of America)Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of policy and procedure in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide support for regulatory readiness tracers and surveys.
- Participate in the design and implementation of Evidence-Based Care initiatives.
- Participate in quality and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with clinical operations to support development of clinical workflow processes, identify gaps and coordinate solutions.
- Collaborate with educational resources for development and implementation of clinical training.
- Partner with clinical and operational departments to remove barriers to change and serve as a liaison to users, IT professionals, and leaders.
- Attain cross-functional knowledge of the clinical information systems and key workflows in order to provide support and guidance to clinicians, IT professionals and leaders.
- Performs other functions as required.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in nursing (ADN) required.
- Three to five years' experience required.
- Two years' experience in an Ambulatory Care setting required.
- Knowledge of epic informatics, notable and analytics experience preferred
