Where Your Work Feels Meaningful — and Your Team Feels Like Family
Foothills Retirement Community – Easley, SC
Faith-Based Nonprofit | In-House Therapy Model | Full-Time
Your Next Step Might Be the One That Feels Like Home
If you’re looking for a place where your clinical judgment is trusted, your work truly matters, and your team feels like a community — Foothills may be the perfect fit.
At Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina (PCSC), therapy is relational, purpose-driven, and rooted in a model that prioritizes quality, autonomy, and genuine connection over productivity quotas or corporate mandates.
A Day in the Life at Foothills
Your day starts with an informal, collaborative therapy huddle to connect, plan, and align as a team. From there, you provide one-on-one, individualized treatment with full autonomy in your clinical approach.
You’ll care for a mix of short-term rehab residents recovering from illness or injury and outpatient residents with orthopedic or neuromuscular conditions, offering meaningful variety across the continuum.
Documentation is completed during or between sessions using an iPad and supported by a culture that values quality care without corporate productivity pressure.
Throughout the day, you collaborate closely with an engaged interdisciplinary team, float among multiple levels of care, and join weekly discharge and transitions meetings to keep care plans cohesive.
You end your day knowing your work makes a real difference — supported by a positive, collaborative, faith-driven team and the stability of a nonprofit in-house model that prioritizes people over profit.
