The Nurse Practitioner Manager partners closely with the Chief Nursing Executive (CNE), Preventive Medicine, Radiology, Advanced Practice Educator, and Administrative teams to strengthen workflows, refine processes, and build a high-functioning, engaged clinical culture across a distributed team.

This role is ideal for an experienced, operationally minded Nurse Practitioner who thrives in a remote, fast-paced, and evolving environment. Someone who values mentorship, clear communication, and the opportunity to shape a modern model of care.

Help reshape the world through proactive healthcare while working with cutting-edge technology and high performing teams with deep expertise - join us to make a difference in people’s lives!

What You’ll Do

Clinical Leadership & Workflow Design

Collaborate cross-functionally to co-design and refine SOPs, consult workflows, and communication standards that support scalability and efficiency.

Seeks feedback and alignment with the Chief Nursing Executive and broader leadership team before communicating or implementing process or workflow changes to the pod or other functions, ensuring consistency and clarity in operational direction across the organization.

Assist in the rollout of new clinical processes, technology tools, or workflow updates, ensuring clear adoption within the pod.

Scheduling &
