What you'll be doing:
- Oversee global data management operations with a focus on streamlining workflows, reducing cycle times, and enhancing data reliability.
- Implement scalable, tech‑enabled processes that support faster database builds, earlier data insights, and higher‑quality deliverables.
- Establish robust governance frameworks that ensure consistency, compliance, and traceability across all programs.
- Build, develop and mentor high performing global teams to adopt new tools, methodologies, and mindsets that support digital transformation.
- Define and implement the global vision, operating model, and long‑term roadmap for Clinical Data Sciences.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Life Science required and Post Graduate preferred
- 15+ years mastery in required or related experience
- 10+ years’ experience in people management
- 7+ years in a leadership role
- International travel is required and preference for Bangalore based
