Premier Outpatient Behavioral Health - Montgomery County

What You’ll Do:
· Provide adult services to include individual, couples, and family therapy.
· Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and care teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
· Develop and implement effective, goal-oriented treatment plans
· Document all services accurately and on time using evidence-based practices
· Consult with medical providers and participate in case conferences when needed
· Deliver both on-site and off-site clinical support and educational services
What You’ll Need:
· Master’s degree in a relevant social science field
· Active Ohio licensure as LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, or IMFT
· Experience working with the adult population and delivering the types of services we offer
· Familiarity with the DSM-5-TR and clinical documentation standards
· Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills
