Join Our Team as an Extrusion Assistant Operator!

đź•’ Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:45 PM – 6:45 AM
Are you ready to take your career to the next level in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Extrusion Assistant Operator to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in producing high-quality blown film products that meet our customers’ standards.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in operating blown film extrusion lines to ensure smooth production.
- Help with setup for production runs and roll changes.
- Perform visual and measurement-based quality checks.
- Maintain materials and handle inventory accurately.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
- Keep the department clean, organized, and safe.
- Learn and grow toward becoming an Extruder Operator!
What We’re Looking For
- Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: 1+ year in a technical or manufacturing role
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow directions.
- Comfortable working at heights and climbing stairs.
- Basic math skills and ability to use measurement tools.
- Reliable, flexible, and a great team player with excellent communication skills.
