🌙 Production Supervisor – 3rd Shift

Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee our Converting operations on 3rd shift. This is a key leadership role focused on driving safety, quality, and productivity while developing a high-performing team.
🔧 What You’ll Do
As a Production Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Converting production area, including:
- Leading and coaching a team of production employees
- Planning daily work schedules and allocating tasks
- Monitoring performance and conducting reviews
- Driving employee engagement and development
- Ensuring safety standards are met through inspections and training
- Managing production flow to meet customer expectations
- Collaborating across departments to meet plant goals
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve quality
🧠What You Bring
- 5+ years of progressive experience in plant operations
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to motivate teams and manage conflict
- Basic understanding of lean manufacturing principles
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on process improvement
- Comfortable working independently and under pressure
🎓 Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in a related field
- Experience in converting or manufacturing environments
- Less than 3 attendance points.
- Disciplinary action severity will be evaluated during mid-year or year-end reviews.
