Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician – Night Shift

đź•’ Schedule: Sunday-Thursday from 10:45 PM-7:00 AM
đź’µ Pay Range: $2.00/hour shift differential
Are you a skilled technician with a passion for solving complex electrical and mechanical challenges? Join our team in Sussex, WI, and help keep our cutting-edge converting, printing, and extruding equipment running at peak performance.
What You’ll Do:
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll perform a wide range of advanced maintenance tasks with a focus on electrical troubleshooting and equipment reliability. Your responsibilities will include:
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical/electronic systems and components
- Programming PLCs and installing new machinery
- Performing preventive and reactive maintenance on production equipment
- Managing parts inventory and sourcing materials
- Supporting special projects and ensuring timely completion
- Maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to root cause analysis
- Promoting safety and reporting any unsafe conditions
- Assisting other departments and cross-training team members
What You Bring:
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and use measuring instruments
- Proficiency with computer systems including Excel and SAP (preferred)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Lean manufacturing experience is a plus
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance role
