Now Hiring: Machine Setup Technician

Are you mechanically inclined and thrive in a fast-paced production environment? We’re looking for a Converting Setup Technician – Tier One to keep our converting machines running smoothly and efficiently. If you're ready to take ownership of machine performance and contribute to a high-output team, this is the role for you!
What You’ll Do:
As a Setup Technician, you’ll play a critical role in minimizing downtime and maximizing throughput across our converting department. Your responsibilities will include:
- Starting up and preparing all converting machines
- Performing quality checks and basic troubleshooting
- Operating roll lifts, hoists, and electric pallet jacks
- Monitoring gas tank levels and ensuring machines are stocked with correct materials
- Running production when machines are operating efficiently
- Assisting operators and fellow technicians to maintain smooth operations
- Supporting 5S initiatives and promoting a clean, organized workspace
What You Bring:
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced factory setting
- Basic computer and math skills
- Mechanical aptitude and process control experience
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 60 lbs unassisted
- Willingness to work on foot for extended periods
- Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 1+ years of setup technician experience
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience
- LOTO and electric pallet jack certification preferred
