Converting Operator – Tier One

đź•’ Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:45 AM-3:00 PM

We’re looking for a Converting Operator who takes pride in precision and efficiency. In this role, you’ll operate converting machines to produce top-quality products while keeping safety and performance at the forefront.
What You’ll Do
- Operate converting machines safely and efficiently.
- Inspect products to ensure quality and minimize waste.
- Meet or exceed production standards.
- Perform housekeeping and quality audits.
- Pack and palletize goods for shipment.
- Maintain supplies to reduce downtime.
- Communicate with team members for smooth shift handoffs.
- Record production data accurately.
- Participate in 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist coworkers and demonstrate proficiency across all machines.
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Comfortable with lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Dependable with reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work overtime when needed.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- Three years of work history preferred.
