Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Grill Cook to prepare and grill a variety of foods, fry sides, poultry, and fish, and ensure every order meets Fuddruckers’ high standards. This role requires teamwork, multitasking, and a passion for quality.
Responsibilities:
Grill and prepare menu items to exact specifications
Fry sides, poultry, and fish dishes
Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and station organization
Work closely with team members to ensure timely, accurate orders
Lift, carry, and perform physical tasks as needed (up to 50 lbs)
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of cooking or grilling experience preferred
Team player with strong multitasking skills
Positive attitude and attention to detail

On National Flip Flop Day, we raise funds to benefit Share Our Strength's No Kid Hungry Campaign and customers who visit our Cafes wearing flip flops between 2pm - 7pm receive a FREE smoothie. It's a great day to bring on the sunshine in the lives of children who are facing childhood hunger.

- The Grill Cook is responsible for preparing and grilling a variety of foods and ensuring that every order meets Fuddruckers' high standards. This includes frying sides, poultry, and fish dishes while maintaining food safety and cleanliness.
