Minimum Qualifications <ul> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant degree from an accredited institution </li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Minimum one year of recent Endocrinology experience working in a medical facility as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.</li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Must posses a current CPR certification and current health records with the appropriate immunization to work in the health care field.</li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to be licensed in the State of Oregon</li> </ul> General Physical Requirements <ul> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> <div style="margin: 0px;">While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hand to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.</div> </li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> <div style="margin: 0px;">The employee is occasionally required to site and stoop, kneel or crouch </div> </li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> <div style="margin: 0px;">The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds</div> </li> </ul>
