<p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">In this role, you will be responsible for the effective supervision of all providers and office staff, ensuring the delivery of prompt, courteous, and high-quality care to our patients. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including maintaining performance standards, managing schedules, implementing and optimizing the medical billing system, and overseeing third-party reimbursements, physician billing, collections, contract administration, and management reporting. Additionally, you will ensure strict compliance with all HIPAA regulations and privacy policies.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Supervisory experience is a requirement for this position, and a background in healthcare management is highly preferred. We are looking for a confident, results-driven individual who can quickly get up to speed. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively manage professional staff are essential. This role reports directly to the Regional Administrator.</span></p>

<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Establishes and maintains communication as the liaison between employer, providers, staff and patients.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Participates in the development of quality improvement processes.</span></li>
