Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Monitor machines, equipment, and processes
Housekeeping to include washing up, raking up paper, shoveling debris, etc
Small repairs of paper mill equipment
Identify areas for process improvement
Perform test on either raw material or finished product
Perform fast walking rounds of work area continuously
Install paper machine clothing
Train other employees as well as receive training in multiple jobs throughout the plant

Qualifications:
High School Diploma required
College Degree is preferred
Military Background is a plus
Paper mill experience is a plus

- The Paper Machine Operator will monitor machines, perform small repairs, and identify areas for process improvement. Responsibilities also include housekeeping and training other employees.
