Our hard-working team is in need of a full time Class A Route Driver in Woodbury.  The ideal candidate will have a positive, “can-do” attitude with relevant driving experience and a current Class A CDL license with air brake endorsement.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive over established routes or territories to sell and deliver dairy products.
  • Maintain existing accounts and work to build strong customer relationships. 
  • Distribute all authorized products to accounts.   
  • Maintain company property such as trucks, computers, cell phones, money and etc.  
  • Required to adhere to company policies. 
  • Must abide by all D.O.T. and company D.O.T. guidelines. 
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
     

Requirements:

  • HSD/GED required.
  • Route Sales Driver must be dependable, responsible, trustworthy, an early riser, and customer service oriented. 
  • Must have basic skills in math, reading, and writing.  Basic math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • The successful candidate will possess and maintain a Class A CDL with air brake and be able to pass a DOT physical including a drug test.
  • Route Sales experience preferred.

 

This person is also responsible for the dairy case at their stops on the route.  These duties include keeping the stock rotated properly and ensuring the appearance of the product is acceptable.  This person also will have a great amount of customer contact and therefore should have or be able to attain sales skills.  

 

Must be able to drive, stand, walk, kneel, lift and bend required for virtually the entire shift. Balance pulling product, climbing in and out of the truck. Ability to lift and/or move up to six cases on a hand truck.  (Cases weigh 20 to 55 lbs.) Must be able to work in indoor and outdoor environments, cold and hot temperatures.

 

Other duties as assigned by the supervisor will be required.
