About this role
Thank you for your interest in PPC Flex. We are currently looking for a full-time qualified candidate in our Maintenance department, that is able to work 3rd shift and has prior experience working in the manufacturing/industrial setting on large equipment. ** 3rd = 10:45 to 7a, Sun. thru Thurs. / Occasional coverage needed to accommodate PTO/vacation coverage.
** $25 - $30/hr. Based on manufacturing/industrial experience and Maintenance written exam testing. LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH A STRONG MECHANICAL /TROUBLESHOOTING experience in the manufacturing setting.
** Performance based raise and bonuses after the 1st 90-days on the job.

** DESIRED SKILLS: Prior Maintenance experience in Manufacturing/ industrial setting, STRONG mechanical and troubleshooting skills, computer proficiency, attention to safety and details of the job.

Summary of Functions:
Assist Technical Maintenance Manager with all his/her daily activities.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Performs preventative maintenance on machines for all process equipment (all production
and major assets)
2. Ability to repair all mechanical/electrical breakdowns on all process equipment as
needed
3. Performs scheduled building maintenance facility wide
4. Maintains and documents maintenance records per requirements on all process equipment
(via work order process, CMMS, etc.)
5. Performs scheduled maintenance and repairs as needed on all material handling equipment.
6. Maintains inventory of maintenance supplies and repair parts via CMMS system
Organizational Relationships:
Reports to Technical Manager
Educational/Experience Requirements:
Ability to communicate in English (read/write/speak)
3-5 years minimum experience in maintenance capacity
Skills/Experience includes: Mechanical (3-5 years) / Electrical (3+ years) / Pneumatics (1 year) /
