We are looking for a dedicated Technical Trainer to design, develop, and deliver training programs for our service
technicians. The Corporate Trainer will play a critical role in ensuring our technicians are equipped with the necessary skills
and knowledge to provide exceptional service to our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of heavy equipment,
technical expertise, and a passion for training and development.
Key Job Activities:
Develop comprehensive training programs for service technicians, covering technical skills, safety procedures, equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Design training materials, including presentations, manuals, videos, and hands-on exercises, to effectively convey technical concepts and best practices.
Conduct engaging training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring active participation and knowledge retention among participants.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and department managers to identify training needs and prioritize learning objectives.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback surveys, and performance metrics, making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
Stay updated on industry trends, equipment advancements, and best practices in heavy equipment service to continuously enhance training programs.
Provide ongoing support and coaching to service technicians, offering guidance and resources to further develop their skills and knowledge.
Assist in onboarding new service technicians, facilitating orientation sessions and ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
Maintain training records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the training department, suggesting innovative ideas and process enhancements.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Proven experience as a corporate trainer, technical trainer, or similar role, with a focus on heavy equipment or automotive industry preferred.
Strong technical knowledge of heavy equipment systems, components, and maintenance practices.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
