The WSD Production Supervisor – Workshop Division (WSD) is responsible for supervising day-to-day workshop operations, ensuring that activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications and quality standards. The role involves planning, resource allocation, progress monitoring, and team supervision to meet production targets and delivery schedules.
Supervise and coordinate construction activities including formwork, concrete, masonry work, logistics and procurement.
Ensure daily production targets are met while maintaining compliance with quality, safety, and engineering standards.
Monitor workload and resource utilization; assign jobs to charge hand and workers based on skills and project priorities.
Review work orders, drawings, and technical specifications; ensure correct interpretation and execution by the site team.
Coordinate with Planning, QA/QC, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow and timely completion.
Oversee usage and upkeep of tools, machines, and equipment, report malfunctions or inefficiencies for corrective action.
Maintain records of work progress, time sheets, production logs, and material usage.
Conduct toolbox talks and enforces adherence to HSE policies and procedures within the workshop.
Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and performance feedback to site teams.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to productivity, quality, and workplace safety.
Support the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies
Strong knowledge of workshop operations including site execution.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, work orders, and technical specifications.
Familiarity with production planning, resource scheduling, and quality control procedures.
Working knowledge of HSE standards and ability to enforce safe work practices.
ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role (this point to be available for all roles that have SAP access)
Minimum 3 years working experience, 2 years relevant working experience, 1 year GCC experience is a plus
