You’ll work closely with senior product managers, data engineers, software engineers, and designers to translate business and client needs into clear, actionable requirements within Nova.</p> <p>You’ll spend your day managing feature details, supporting sprint execution, validating data outputs, and helping ensure Nova features are reliable, intuitive, and valuable for internal teams and clients.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>- Support discovery by gathering requirements from internal teams (Retail, Media, Strategy, Analytics) using Nova<br>- Translate business and client needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and clear backlog items<br>- Maintain and organize the Nova product backlog, ensuring priorities align with roadmap goals<br>- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and retrospectives<br>- Assist in validating data accuracy, dashboards, and reporting outputs within Nova<br>- Collect and synthesize feedback from client teams, strategists, and internal users<br>- Support feature launches with enablement documentation, release notes, and internal communications<br>- Learn and apply AI tools to assist with PRD, documentation, and workflow efficiency<br>- Utilize and grow expertise in Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem, including integrations with third-party platforms</p> <p>Product Delivery &amp; Execution:<br>- Support and maintain a prioritized backlog aligned to Nova roadmap goals.<br>- Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and Definition of Ready documentation<br>- Participate in sprint planning, grooming, demos, and retrospectives<br>- Ensure sprint commitments are well-defined and achievable<br>- Partner with engineering and design to support on-time feature delivery</p> <p>Adoption &amp; Enablement (Primary Focus):<br>- Own adoption metrics for assigned Client Portal and Creative Affinity features<br>- Define activation events and success metrics for each feature<br>- Track feature adoption, usage, and return rates post-launch<br>- Support feature launches with release notes, enablement documentation, and walkthroughs<br>- Collect and synthesize feedback from internal users and client teams</p> <p>Data &amp; Platform Quality (Nova-Specific):<br>- Validate dashboards, metrics, and reporting outputs for accuracy and clarity<br>- Ensure metric definitions and assumptions are documented<br>- Identify data or UX issues impacting adoption and flag them early<br>- Partner with data and engineering teams to reduce post-launch defects</p> <p>AI &amp; Workflow Optimization:<br>- Use AI tools (e.g., LLMs) to assist with documentation, analysis, and workflow efficiency<br>- Identify opportunities to apply AI to improve product execution or user experience</p> <p><strong>Role Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Agile / Scrum understanding:</strong> <ul> <li>An understanding in sprint-based delivery environments</li> <li>Certification preferred: <ul> <li>Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Scrum Fundamentals, or equivalent</li> </ul> </li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Backlog &amp; Requirement Management:</strong> <ul> <li>An understanding and ability to write user stories and acceptance criteria</li> <li>Strong understanding of Definition of Ready and sprint hygiene</li> <li>Proficiency in <strong>Jira </strong>(strongly preferred), Asana, or similar tools</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Data &amp; Analytics Literacy</strong> <ul> <li>Basic SQL knowledge <strong>or</strong> demonstrated willingness to learn</li> <li>Ability to interpret dashboards and product metrics</li> <li>Knowledge of BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Communication &amp; Collaboration</strong> <ul> <li>Clear written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Experience working with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)</strong></p> <p>Adoption &amp; Usage (Primary):<br>- Increase adoption of assigned Nova features by 15–25% within 6 months of launch<br>- Achieve ≥60% activation rate within 90 days of feature release<br>- Maintain ≥40% 30-day return usage for supported features</p> <p>Delivery &amp; Execution:<br>- 90%+ on-time delivery of sprint commitments<br>- &lt;10% rework rate due to unclear requirements<br>- 100% of backlog items meet Definition of Ready before sprint entry</p> <p>Product Quality &amp;
