JOB SUMMARY
The Park Supervisor will oversee, develop, and support the Zone Coach Team. Supervise all aspects of zone coaching, including daily routine, park & trail cleanliness, and camper safety and behavioral management. Leading an interactive environment that is clean, fun, and safe for campers.
The Park Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the afternoon programming in all parks and trails. This includes routine check-ins with zone coaches and campers. The Park Supervisor will aid with parent-camper communications as needed. The Park Supervisor is responsible for daily park & trails safety.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Zone Coaches in all aspects related to instruction, clinics, and events.
Supervise 12-45 Zone Coaches, assist in scheduling, directing, and reviewing performance with Program Managers
Reports disciplinary challenges to Program Leadership as needed
Support in leadership roles including park safety checks, orientation, registration and meetings
Assist in execution of daily instruction, clinics, and events
Diversify the camper experience by implementing new ideas, activities and practices
Provide unique perspectives and feedback that aid in the development of the instruction experience
Routine safety inspections, reporting, and cleaning as assigned
Manage overall park and trail cleanliness and daily inspections
Provide feedback to elevate and evolve the sport facilities
Support in content capture for key programming events; contests, clinics, jams, and social events
Provide unique perspectives and feedback that aid in the development of parks
Carry out the Woodward Guest Services standards – Be Safe, Be Friendly, Be Helpful, Be Proud.
Support operational departments in carrying out the Woodward mission in creating a safe and fun environment for all campers
Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications
High School degree or equivalent
1+ years of experience working with kids and/or teens.
1+ years of cabin counseling experience
Proven ability to collaborate well across functions and departments, to work as part of a team.
Demonstrated broad technical knowledge of management techniques.
Provide work related references upon request
Employment in this position is contingent upon successful completion of all pre-hire background checks, including criminal history clearance through the Pennsylvania State Police (PATCH), child abuse clearance through the Department of Public Welfare, Motor Vehicle Record if required by position and federal background screening via FBI fingerprinting
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred 3+ years of experience working with kids and/or teens.
Some college preferred
Preferred experience in leadership
Experience working in a camp environment is preferred.

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Physical Capabilities: bend, twist, push, pull, stand, lift 50 lbs.
Must be comfortable working in an outdoor and indoor all-season environment.
Adhere to all workplace safety practices, expectations, and guidelines.
